Bharti Technologies is an Indian retail business established in 2017, selling genuine IT products, electronics, and accessories. We operate exclusively through our online platform at www.bharti.app.

By using our website, you confirm that:

• →You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• →You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
• →The information you provide (name, address, email, phone) is accurate and complete
• →You are accessing the website from within India

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price at the time of your order confirmation will apply to your purchase.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation is sent to your registered email once the order is successfully placed and payment is received. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

We accept the following payment methods:

• →UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking via Razorpay
• →PhonePe and other supported wallets
• →Cash on Delivery (COD) where available

All online payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Bharti Technologies does not store your card details or UPI credentials. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in cases of repeated non-acceptance.

We ship to addresses across India. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on each product page and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates — delays may occur due to factors outside our control (courier issues, weather, public holidays, etc.).

• →Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A shipping charge applies to orders below this amount.
• →Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by the courier.
• →If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, re-delivery charges may apply.

Our return policy varies by product. For sealed IT products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive physically damaged or dead on arrival (DOA). Some products (accessories, open-box, refurbished) may have individual return windows as specified on the product page.

Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Creating an account requires email verification via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

All products sold are genuine and brand new unless explicitly listed as refurbished or open-box. Warranty terms are as specified by the manufacturer for each product.

You agree not to use our website to:

• ✕Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or servers
• ✕Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website using automated tools
• ✕Resell products purchased from us without prior written permission
• ✕Abuse our contact or support channels with spam or abusive communications

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bharti Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, icons, and design — is the property of Bharti Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
