Return Policy

Important: We sell sealed IT and tech products. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive physically damaged or dead on arrival (DOA). If the product is working correctly, it cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of personal preference.

When You Can Return

We accept returns strictly in the following cases:

  • Product arrives physically damaged (broken screen, cracked body, bent parts, etc.)
  • Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) — does not power on or function at all out of the box
  • Wrong product delivered — item received is different from what was ordered
  • Missing accessories that were listed as included in the product description

All eligible return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

When You Cannot Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the product
  • The product is working correctly but you are not satisfied with its performance
  • The product seal has been broken or tampered with (except where required to verify DOA)
  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or improper handling
  • Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless DOA or damaged)

Technical Issues & Warranty

All products sold by Bharti Technologies are 100% genuine and brand new in sealed packaging. If your product develops a technical issue after it is working correctly upon delivery, this is covered under the manufacturer's warranty — not our return policy.

For warranty claims:

  • Contact the brand's authorised service center in your city
  • Carry your original invoice (sent to your email after purchase) as proof of purchase
  • Warranty period and terms are as specified by the manufacturer for each product

Bharti Technologies is not responsible for post-delivery performance issues that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

How to Raise a Return Request

If your product qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

  1. 1Take clear photos or a video of the damaged / non-functional product immediately upon opening the package.
  2. 2Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or phone (details below).
  3. 3Share your order number, photos/video as evidence, and a brief description of the issue.
  4. 4Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you on the return process.
  5. 5Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received.
  • • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as a bank transfer — you will need to provide your bank account details.
  • • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product sent).
