How it works
Download the app
Click any app above and go to its official download page. We recommend AnyDesk — it's the fastest and easiest to use. Click the big "Download" button on their website.
Install on your device
Open the downloaded file (it ends in .exe on Windows). A setup window will appear — just keep clicking "Next" or "Install". No special settings needed. The whole process takes under a minute.
Open the app
Once installed, open the app. You will see the main screen with a large number displayed — this is your unique ID. Some apps also show a temporary Password below it.
Share your ID & Password with us
Call us or send a WhatsApp message with your ID number and password. Do not share this with anyone other than our support team. The password changes every session for your safety.
Our technician connects
Our technician enters your ID on their end and sends a connection request. You will see a pop-up on your screen asking "Allow remote control?" or "Accept connection?" — click Allow or Accept.
We resolve your issue
Our technician will now be able to see and control your screen to diagnose and fix the issue. You can watch everything they do in real time. Once done, simply close the app to end the session.
